"horrible experience… came to get a bottle and they swiped my boyfriends card TWICE and said ‘it was not working’.. yet We saw the charge go through. Lady there told us that it was cancelled and He would receive hid money back. I’ve ended up paying cash and she failed to give us a receipt. (Didn’t think anything of it) I went back and told them the situation as We didn’t get the transaction cancelled .. the owner told me that there was no receipt on file on there transaction and that he can’t check the cameras. Therefore there is nothing he can do. We even showed him the bank statement of BOTH transactions from his store. Will never be going back .. bad customer service and don’t care for their customers. Don’t go here!!!!!"

"I usually come here every day even though the prices are way higher than anywhere else but I come here because they usually have cold Jagermeister. Today I came in to pick up my usual a cold bottle of Jager Meister, The power was out which happens and I understand that and guess what luck me the Jager Meister was still cold. However because the power was down they wanted cash only, They know me I come here every single day so when I was used to ask the ATM I said OK but can you guys cover the fee because my bank is also going to charge me a fee. I was maybe asking for three dollars off. When the owner came out of the back to talk to me he immediately told me I could leave and he didn’t care if I never came back again. I literally come here every day and this is the service that I get from these people? When I simply asked for three dollars off because it was their fault that their power was off and it was their fault that I had to use the ATM. The prices here are at least 10% higher than almost every other liquor store in the same 3 mi.² vicinity. I will never give them my business again and I will start making sure the new liquor store I go to has called Jager for me every day so they can make some new business. Truly unprofessional don’t waste your money over paying at this hole in the wall."
