"Beware ! I was charged over $100 for baseboard I didn't actually get. I came to the store looking for thick baseboars so I was pointed at the available baseboard and was told it costed $2.*/ per sqft to only find out that they sold me a different baseboard that was suppoused to cost 1.*/ sqft for the same price. I walked in to the store today to buy extra pieces and the sqft price from today was different so that's when I knew something was off. The guy in the front literally charged me for a baseboard I never got. I mentioned this to them so I could get a refund on what I was charged for extra and they said there was nothing they could do for me. Let it be known the two times I showed up to the store was withing a week timeframe ( First time Feb 11th and second time today ( Feb 18, 2023) I showed the salesman and the manager the charge on my credit card and they refused to use that information. Without a receipt they couldn't help me. The manager's excuse was that baseboard prices can go up and down ( sure but I doubt it went down 50% in a week) This is the first time I experience this lack of customer support at a local store. The manager showed little to no interest in helping me out. Needless to say I am calling customer support on Monday and never showing up to this store again !"

"This place is solid at what they offer. Their prices are significantly less than the big shi&$#%%£€>% thole stores that basically offer the same products for about 30% more from what I could tell today. I highly recommend them and would be 5 stars if I had more experience dealing with them. I will adjust my rating if they hold true to what I’ve seen today."
