"The one clerk is extremely rude. Watches the TV as he talks to you like he is bothered by you. You definitely won't feel valued here. They also yank your chain about shipment times and it appears that they only sell the good stuff to insiders."

"My little boy and I recently moved to Naples. I found a full-time job working in a local school. The pay is not great, so during Christmas break, I was hoping to find a side job for extra cash. Many people suggested Door dash/Uber, this way I could take my son with me and still spend time with him. At first, I was a little hesitant about dashing, but once we got started, it began to grow on us. Now, both my son and I really enjoy it for many reasons. We are getting to know the area; we are finding new restaurants and stores that we can enjoy ourselves and making extra money. As long as the restaurants and stores treat us with kindness and respect, we will return to the establishments on our own time and for our own services. And we have visited many! Unfortunately, Door dash/Uber does not always give accurate directions and we either drive around searching for the business or we call asking for directions. I could not find this liquor store, as Uber sent me to the wrong side of the plaza, which I did not realize at first that it was a plaza. I called and stated that I was an Uber driver (Big mistake) and could not find the store. This guy said he was next to Beall’s. I stated that I was next to Publix and I mentioned another store that is in the plaza, but was not sure where Beall’s was. He said he was not near Publics, but next to Beall's. As I began telling him that I was new to the area and was not sure where Beall's was, he hung up on me. I continued to drive around until I noticed the other side of the plaza and the liquor store. As I walked into the store, only 1 woman was walking out and nobody else was inside the store. I told the guy that I did not appreciate that he hung up on me. He stated that he was busy with customers, and he didn't have time to talk with me, as he had already told me where the store was located. I stated that I was new to the area and was not familiar where Beall's was, but that he still did not need to hang up on me. He then stated, "If you are Uber, I will hang up on you"! This situation could have been avoided had he just stated that Publix is in the center of a plaza and Beall's is on one side of the plaza and his store is next to Beall's. Instead, he stereotyped me and all the delivery drivers and was discourteous, disrespectful and judgmental! He may have had a customer or 2 in his store when I first called, but in the 2 minutes it took me to locate the store, he was NOT busy; nobody was in the store. So, Friendly Frankies is NOT friendly! He is rude, ill-mannered, uncivil and obnoxious! I will never spend my money at Unfriendly Frankies. And if I ever get a delivery order from this unfriendly store, I will not accept it! Again, I do have a full-time job and the Door dash/Uber is for us to make extra money, so we can enjoy all the restaurants and stores in the Naples and Bonita Springs area. So, if you own a business, be kind and respectful towards the Door dash/Uber drivers, as they are your future customers."
