"Brooke and her team helped reconfigure and design 80% of my bungalow home! This included the living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry, primary bed/bathroom, and my office. She has a professional eye of taking the houses character and your own personal taste and creating a beautiful space. Her choices were spot on with materials and furniture that the whole process was fun. We had several meetings and her team was very professional and paid attention to all the details. Even when we had to troubleshoot on the spot circumstances Brooke was able to come up with a solid plan. I plan ahead and I’m patient, so I don’t have any issues with waiting for materials or furniture. Regardless of what project you are doing, you are going to run into some delays and that’s out of anyone’s control. Honestly, I trust her so much I would just go with what she picks out and don’t second guess anything :) The next phase of the house (guest room and bathroom) she has full range to do whatever she wants!"

"TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY! We hired Bee Studios to design and manage our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1,200 sq. ft. vacation condo project. The most the important thing we needed with this project was someone to be on the ground and manage the whole process. We were 1,200 miles away during the whole process and Bee Studios did a great job. They would always visit the site to make sure that certain milestones were being hit and that it was being done with high quality craftsmanship. From the beginning, they were very transparent around the pricing and process. As far as the design, they were able to utilize every sq. ft. of the condo which was not done before. The layout that they came up with for the living room/kitchen was very creative and maximized the space. Additionally, we were looking for a modern/contemperary/beach look and they were able to accomplish that. As far as the budget, we were over budget but that was the result of us wanting to upgrade certain items and take some of the great ideas that they came up with. If there was something that was going to be too expensive, they would always give alternatives options for your to choose from that were just as good. I would highly recommend the Bee Studios team as our condo is now by far the best in the building. I have people calling weekly wanting to do 3-6 month leases on the property while we are not there. Usually I say no because I don't want them to mess up the unit!"
