"Terrible Service.. the first purchase I made, I bought a torch for a friend of mine who has nerve damage so she particularly needs one with a easy trigger, the lady wouldn't let me try it and picked out one she thought was best, when I got home and she tried it and said it was no good, I called up the store and he said that no refunds, he wouldn't even give us a discount on another torch. Then my next purchase, a long oil burner, he just put it in a plastic bag, my fiance put that inside a sock and made sure it was protected til we got home and when we took it out of the plastic bag I seen there was a nice crack in it and so I called he said once again no refunds & only offered a 20% discount on another one. I think he should have at least replaced it since he didn't even wrap it, a thing that is all made of glass. So we won't be returning."
