Luekens Wine & Spirits

"Long time customer. Went in today and asked for a price match with Total Wine since the same bottle was $20 more at Luekens. The person at the cash register was a bit rude saying they couldn't do it by looking on my phone. The manager was close by but he also refused to honor the price match even though it was clearly the same bottle and sold at a local competitor which they claim they should do. The excuse was that there was not enough detail on the site listing to ensure it was exactly the same. While that may be the case, a courtesy discount and some better customer service would have been warranted and well appreciated. Very disappointing experience to say the least."

I don’t know the name of the girl at the counter but she was super helpful and took the time to help me find what I needed. I came into the store three or four times and she helped me every time."
