"Had my prescription sent here, which is going through a nationwide shortage. Unexpectedly found that it is delayed, but after talking with them on the phone, they said it would only be 1-2 business days before it arrives, which works for me since I had just enough of my meds to last until that 2nd business day. That day arrives, I call and now suddenly I was given “false” information (even though I called twice in two different days and was given the same information) and was now told that there is no ETA and could be a long wait. Now I’m out of my meds and I’m having to send my script around because of their mistake. I understand these meds are hard to come by, but that was very unhelpful to waste 4 days of my time. Very disappointed."
