"Going here specifically for E85. They have this fuel at every pump, so no need to search for the few pumps that have E85 like at other places. Place is clean, spacious and well lit at night."
"The employees in this gas station are an example to follow, really nice people, the cashier, a tall white guy smiling and looking professional and ready to help. Unfortunately we can see that in every place but on here we do! Thank you for your hard work, for your smiling and professionalism!"
"I’ve been coming to this place for over 6 months and typically have a good relationship with the employees and staff. Today, however, I was physically accosted, harassed as well as verbally harassed. I was called disparaging remarks based upon my racial identity and was also called homophobic slurs . This young girl is always with an attitude. She’s light skinned, skinny and not so very attractive. I didn’t catch her name but she look like she didn’t catch a hair salon in months . Her customer service and attitude are as horrible as her crusty eye boogers and unkept hair. I’m appalled and I hope she is fired ."
"Today is Sunday, October 15, 2023 @ 123p: Ocala & especially W Ocala, I am sooo outdone w/ the lack of customer service, true meaning of customer service, I have received in 2 Business on the same stretch of W Hwy 40 btwn I75 & SW 27th Ave. Today it was the RaceTrac @ 3211 W SSB. I seldom pay @ the pump & today was no different. As I enter the store, approach the register 2 the right (only manned register) the young woman waiting on the customer n front of me is talking w/ another employee about a register ( 1 on far left) thats not "funking work."Help me somebody!! WHEN EVER has it been acceptable 2 use this language when u working n a public place, but ESPECIALLY when customers are present; 1st issue!! BUT, the consistent failed customer service experience is the complete LACK of acknowledgement -- no 'hello,' no, 'thank you,' & while I might expect 'how may I help u,' it's been up to me to initiate the sale. WHY!!! & today @ this RaceTrac on W Hwy 40 @ 3211, not even a 'thank you.' My recommendation, because I don't only want 2 complain, is 2 say these owners, regional managers, supervisors, should consider studying & then offering pro dev based on the Public models of "what is customer service?" Because it seems the RaceTrac way of how to greet & interact w/ customers has been lost on this generation/group of individuals who choose to work in this service industry. Do better RaceTrac & help your employees remember "the positive reputation for your biz established before them IS NOT theirs to squander" I'll be looking for & expecting to experience a change. ...an Ocala Native"
"Time for gas as I'm departing Ocala, this was the cheapest and i earned 14 cents back per gallon on my 18 gallons of fuel. Enough to pay for "second coffee" and since this Racetrac has the "grind-to-order" system, it was fresh and good for the road. I can't remember seeing so many different fuel choices in one pump. Six flavors of fuel! I took the usual 87 unleaded because that's what is recommended. Gas pump area was clean and there was no trash. The receipt printer didn't work, which is always a star off. Otherwise, good and cheap and easy."
