"Horrible customer service and incredibly unprofessional. I had a family member buy a bathroom vanity that was claimed as authentic wood and upon further inspection it was not, it was cheap material and overpriced. When we went back to return (within 24hrs) we were told we would be charged 25% due to it being “damaged and unsellable” despite it being completely unused or even opened. Don’t waste your money here."

"Went a few days ago. There was a guy setting up displays, and he was very attentive. He said he didn't know much about certain items but directed me to a salesman who was knowledgeable in bathroom remodels. I went to him for help, but he seemed more interested in his cell phone rather than helping me. An older lady came in, and he was quick to help her. Felt a bit discriminated against even though I am latin, just like the salesman that didn't help. The gentleman who was very attentive was Caucasian. But trying to bring race into it, just trying to be descriptive so that the owners know what is going on."
