"Multi Stone was recommended by a good friend who had ordered hers from Home Depot. We went to them direct and are quite pleased with the results. We needed 4 countertops total. Joy was our liason and did a great job from start to finish. We got beautiful granite tops and a decent delivery time. The measuring was done by Mike and he did an accurate job. The installers were professional and got the whole thing done in about 2 1/2 hours. That was including the cleanup as they had to cut the top to mount the above counter sink. They even cleaned the knick knacks on the window sill above the sink! I cannot recommend this company enough. The price was well below another company's for the same amount of product. If you are looking to remodel, give them a call."

"I was super bummed by the customer service. I ordered a countertop through Lowe's and MultiStone was the supplier. Joan my Customer Service rep at MultiStone was a delight; polite and professional. But her supervisor told her to tell me that I was "not allowed" to come into the shop to look at the sample of the stone I purchased even though at this point I was dealing solely with them. It was just so strange. I cancelled my order because it didn't make any sense that a random person could walk in off the street to look at a sample but because I had purchased the counter through Lowe's I was "not allowed". I had hoped to use them for two bathroom projects as well, but I will just have to find a new countertop supplier."

She has a keen sense of color and helped select a gorgeous quartz countertop that coordinated beautifully with our new cabinets and flooring. The customer service was excellent.
