"Hit or miss with them picking up the phone. When you come in for services like tire rotation, it turns in to a 2 hour gig. The supervisor doesn't help his fellow employee. He has the man working by himself. Answering phones and doing the manual labor. He hides under the tire rack behind the fence. You could barely tell he's there. They need to hire better supervisor and at least one more person."

"The worst tire center I've ever been at. No one tends the register. Only one person changing tires on weekends. Complained to management, nothing changed. They double book appointments and don't call when tires arrive if you have to order them. Avoid at all costs. Go to a different BJ's. This one has extremely poor management"
