"I don’t like writing terrible reviews but it comes a point where sometimes you have to. 18 months after placing my order my kitchen is still not finished. Ordered in June of 2021. Initial install was in November of 2021 (13 months ago). The installer was great but it came with a lot of problems. From missing/broken doors. Borders missing under the cabinets. No shelf’s so we haven’t even been able to use the space in the cabinets for 13 months!! Gaps from the cabinets to the wall because they forgot spacers. They did not come again till May 11th to check and see what was missing and they would put the order in and it would be ready in 2-6 weeks for the little problems. 3 months (13 weeks) later they come to install and realize when they are already at my house that literally only the spacer is in the boxes they brought and it’s the wrong size! Carlos the owner tells me don’t worry we will expedite it and get it here quickly. Well I am approaching my 2nd Christmas with a half done kitchen looking ridiculous. All I want is a finished kitchen and I can’t even get that. Can’t get a call from them. Show up to their office and no one is there to speak too. Sadly I would recommend to stay away."
