"Whoever the supervisor is is VERY VERY rude. Called and tired to get some information to get some help for my father in-law and he was very very rude and he literally hung up the phone on my father in-law. For a MINISTRY REHAB facility that makes me sick. The supervisor admitted he was rude only after I called back. He did not know I had the phone on speaker when my father in-law called and tried to argue with me about it. So disgusted to think this is suppose to be a place to help people. And the supervisor was not ashamed of how rude he was"
