"We have been going here for two years and today January 6th 2019 we went to check out and the man said I think that whiskey is more than that-it was marked 49.99 (which is what we paid for it a couple of weeks prior) he went ahead and rung up our purchase (153 and change) but called the manager/owner and said yeah that 62.99, we said we would rather pay what it is marked and they said we aren't Walmart we don't have to honor that. We said so you can just charge whatever? They said no we charge what the owner tells us to, we have new employees. I said I'm not trying to be an a$$ but seriously it is marked 49.99 Then she copped an attitude said give it to them at that price I'll pay the difference then the bill miraculously went to 206, so I asked how it went from 153 to 206 so they rang it up again......probably my last trip to Ritchey. Sad since we usually spend 3-4 hundred a month. What we typically buy every other time we are in. Note the price on the empty Knob Creek....and they wanted to hitch about 12 dollars......normally we get a discount or free bottle because of the quantity we buy. Owner responded and asked that I email them directly. I did and I received no response."
