Meat Giant,

"Meat Giant is not Fair to charge Hidden fees. The store charged me a $1.86 fee for using a Debit card for payment. I didn't see a sign posted in front or next to the Register. the cashier didn't say anything neither..of course you remodel the store and they are trying to make the money back by charging $2.00 to every customer who uses a Card. wont see me there again and I'm going to visit your store to look for the signs before I filed a complaint with The Better Business Bureau."

"Ok, let me be clear in this, I haven't even been there but just dealing with the non working website looking for pricing, then calling the store to ask if they could possibly email me a meat package list, being told to hold on and hearing the woman talking and joking with others while checking out three different customers, oblivious to the fact she had someone on the phone still convinced me that there's no way in hell I'm shopping there.if this is an indication of customer service, you couldn't pay me enough to go there."

"Not a bad place. Went there few times and never had an issue until today. I tried to get help at the fish counter the guy who worked it IGNORED me. I asked another if he worked there and he was not nice. I never had that experience with the men behind the meat counter."

"Place has good prices but girl at the register is horrible. I feel she got upset bc I don’t speak Spanish. She gave me an attitude and when I asked if they sold Butcher paper she ignored me and was bent over scrolling on her phone, right in front of me. I had to yell out hello for her to actually answer me then when she asked again because she didn’t understand what I was saying, she said no, and shook her head. Bad customer service. Please, get someone at the register with manners and customer service skills."
