"This fruit stand is amazing! incredible diverse, fresh, beautiful, produce and fruit… Delicious shakes and smoothies… And an animal menagerie outback that makes it feel a little bit like a theme park. Nice places to picnic. Interesting things to look at a good place."

"Several options from marmalade, jellies, jams, salsas, marinades, hot sauces, jerky, fresh fruit, and vegetables. Friendly staff. No samples or testing of sauces. Which would be recommended and I think would encourage more purchases. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that all of the animals were all in one section, and a few had some injuries. Also, a great selection of orchids."

"OMG this a Florida hidden gem!! This fruit stand has more fruits and vegetables than you could imagine! And I love that it’s right at the edge of the Everglades. They’ve expanded in the back where there’s a little food truck and some room for other food vendors to come. I absolutely love that in the back there’s a whole farm/petting zoo area where kids can enjoy and look at the animals and the birds And just have a good time."

"It was magical. I had no idea that this place is actually named for a real guy named “Robert”! He owns the place with his family and is so gosh darn friendly. He was offering tastes of fruit and told us his history of the fruit stand and had even an opinion of the housing development across the street! Our favorite moment (finding Miracle Berries) was soon overtook with our NEW favorite moment, Robert holding our chihuahua (Waffle) next to a wooden statue of himself holding a giant jackfruit!"

"Is this place touristy? Yes. Are they overcharging you? Absolutely. You don’t have to be a former supermarket owner like myself to figure this out. However, this fruit stand is so entertaining. It wouldn’t call it a fruit stand because this place looks more like an exotic fruit museum. And the emu egg? Never heard or seen such thing. They also provide unique entertainment opportunities for kids and adults alike. That little animal farm in the backyard is so adorable. Kids do not want to leave this place because they are so occupied with feeding the animals. And the smokehouse are is beautifully staged. It’s a perfect photo opportunity. The smoky smell.. you can’t resist. Until you see the prices, but it’s justifiable. One big letdown is the nearby construction. Whenever wind blows, forget it. If you have any kind of dust allergy, you should skip this place. Robert should be asking the nearby construction site to cover up the dust or seeking some compensation. Because I don’t think I am the only one skipping the overpriced smoked brisket because of the dust."
