The installer , which I believe was an owner was a Professional, very Detailed Oriented, clean, neat and Complete attention to Detail Installer. We were overwhelmed by the Finish product. It was well worth the cost for a Flawless install. The installer even went out of his way for us to install new base molding I had. Simply closets is amazing and I highly recommend. They use Grade A wood drawers, top of the line sliders and I was surprised how durable and high quality finish is on the shelving. The clothes rods are well made and very strong. "The sales person Jacqlin I met was very nice and had our closet design done. The rep had no samples so I went to office to see the products they used. We waited almost 2 months for install. The installation was not finished that day and they had the wrong hamper Door. I was not told that the 2 closet hamper bins would be different. After 2 weeks we received the door and it was installed. I was told extra shelves would be provided after I paid in full. I was then told only 3 extra shelves were offered or we would have to pay additional. I had to go to shop for the shelves which I brought home and found they were cut wrong. I then drove back to office and left shelves to be recut. I called a week later for them and the office staff told me they were there waiting for me. I drove back to office and got the shelves to bring home to install myself. The closets are standard quality but the customer service was not there and the follow up definitely not what I expected from order to install and finish. I would not use them again."
