"If you want to go to an overpriced spa to receive a mediocre massage before enjoying run down and dirty facilities afterward, then please go to Lapis. I can confirm that the other negative reviews on here are accurate as I just booked a massage. The spa was dirty and clearly needs to be completely renovated from such high traffic. Service: service was terrible. I showed up 5 minutes late. They brought me right upstairs to start my service and the gentlemen told me he couldn't find the girl and he'd back in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I had to go search for someone and finally found her. She told me that the front desk never checked me in so she had no idea I was there. She then rushed my massage and was clearly stressed throughout the massage which made for a less than relaxing experience. The massage was one of the worst I've had and she was very aggressive on my head I think from trying to rush the service to make up for their mistake. Trash cans were overflowed, there were scraps for food left, and towels left all over the floors. Urinals were dirty and some of the soap, etc. were empty needing to be refilled. Overall terrible experience and I will never come back here."

"If you are looking for luxury and options in a spa, this is the place for you! The treatment menu is comprehensive and the amenities are many! Please keep in mind that the spa and hotel have only been open less than a month so there maybe some operational kinks here and there, but this place is worth it!"

"I cannot begin to explain how terrible this “luxurious spa” has become. The misery in the place is horrible. I never write review but I am taking the time to do so because after spending $1007 for 4 services I would expect to be treated with some type of respect. They didn’t have any additional towels or robes. We had to dry ourselves with the same towel that we dried ourselves from the pool and all day use. Getting my own locker was q luxury apparently, my items were counter to see if it merited to have a locker or share one. Only 2 out of the 6 showers had hot water; 4 out of the 6 toilets doors actually closed. Their amenities are not fully functioning “under construction” but no one advises you of this prior to booking or upon arrival. There was a broken bench of which I advised the staff about and paid no attention to it and said “we will let management know”. I demanded to speak to “management” and they were in an all day meeting. The tubs handhelds do not work either. The door of the sauna sounds like it’s going to burst when the door is closed, I mean I can go on and on of the horror we experienced. Very very very unprofessional staff, they treated us as if they were doing us a favor. The shampoo and conditioners left my hair as hard as a rock, the face lotion is so cheap it irritated my face. I will be sending my complain directly to corporate. If I can put a negative of stars for this beat up spa I would"

"The cost is on the higher side. The massage was okay, but I paid for a scalp massage that I never received, and that left me quite disappointed. Despite this, I'd consider returning to the hotel for its incredible pool and facilities, although the spa didn't live up to my expectations."

"This is a very nice spa. The massage was good. I didn't get to enjoy the amenities to the fullest but they were available. I can't wait to go back and get a taste of all they have to offer."
