The owners are amazing / the staff is amazing / the facility is spotless / the prices are the best in Miami and unmatched / and they tailor to all skin types . I truly believe in any business there will be difficult clients however to write a review on a business you never been to is a bit OD . Make your own experience and reviews by actually visiting the establishment. I luv this place plus I also see celebrities there . 5 starz always ❤️"

"I was really looking forward to my purchase and support the company on social media. Upon delivery I was very disappointed. I live out of state so I purchased the intimate bleaching cream online. Not only that, the jar was only half full. I would have reconsidered the $175 purchase if I knew that the jar was sample size. I attached photos for perspective. It would help if the company listed the weight of the product as well for future customers. The company also charged me $19 flat rate shipping but the order arrived in the regular free USPS cardboard packaging, normal shipping speed and it did not include any care instructions. I would have appreciated if the quantity of product and shipping experience matched the price that I paid."
