Yes, a long waiting list, because Image Maker provides almost every procedure there is in the market, that’s how amazing this Spa office is. Botox go with the best of the best in Miami, Arian! Wow! I have tried few other places, but no one like him. Arian, is really an artist, his technique; the way he injects is like no other. He only goes to IM once a month so imagine he is always fully booked. And the one who make this beautiful place grow the way it is today, Miguel Ángel the owner, he is fantastic! "This place is a total scam. Be aware, the prices are attractive but they are the lowest quality products charging for the most expensive ones. I went for botox and it had no effect on me and the excuse they gave was that my body had become resistant to botox and therefore it had had no effect on me. The owner, Miguel, is rude, insolent, disrespectful and impertinent, he treats the doctors and subordinates and also the clients with disdain. If you are not interested in buying his merchandise and products, he gets upset as if it were an obligation to buy everything he offers to you. He claims that he has a long time of experience in this business but what he has experience is in scamming and treating people rudely. The doctors and the people at the reception do their job well, but what can they do if the products that Miguel sells are of poor quality. I thought I was the only one with a bad experience in that place but reading the comments of other customers, I see that it is something systematic and that it happens very regularly. Finally, Miguel criticized me from my nose, to my skin and my hair, he told me that I had cosmetic surgeries in places where I have not laid a finger on myself, like my eyes, ears and lips, in a very rude way. When I told him to pay more attention because I didn't have surgeries, he laughed and told the doctor, "people lie" in front of me. If that were the case, it's not his business anyway, like its not my business how much silicone he has in his lips or how much filler he has in his face, or in his chin, or in his abdomen.. because there are several gallons of silicone and adipose fiber over there, not to mention the toupee or wig he wears. Miguel, learn manners, be discreet, be honest, do not show your lack of education and manners!"
