"While you may find a tech here that does a great job on your feet or hands, the customer service however is so poor that it takes away from the quality of the work. The Manager, the guy that sits upfront is despicable. No one with his nature should be in charge of anything dealing with the general public. He is Rude and the staff at times share that same trait in common with him. Overall, it's a very unpleasant experience."

"Ive never really written reviews until i came here. My grandma has been a loyal customer for years, one day she went to get her nails done there and her gel nails chipped two days later. No problem, we went in to get it fixed and my grandma told the lady “this has never happened before i don’t understand” and the nail tech next to them overheard her conversation( this becomes important later on because i had that nail tech). After waiting for about an hour with only 3 other customers getting their nails done in front of me, it was my turn. My usual place charges me 23 dollars for long acrylics, but I asked for long acrylics here and he wanted to charge me like 40 dollars, i can’t remember the exact price. Then while doing my nails he said “Be careful with these nails, i don’t want you complaining like your grandma did.” I was furious. There was so much more wrong with this place, most of the people who work there are stuck up and rude, and don’t make customers feel welcome. Never coming back."

"My pedicure was great, however my acrylics were not. They weren’t even lengths and some were much thicker than others. I wouldn’t go back here, when it was time for a fill I went to Elite Nails and they paid way more attention to detail. My nails look fantastic now."

"Best nail place I have been in so far! The prices are the same as everywhere else, but the pedicure chairs are from another world. They do a great job massaging your feet and getting you to relax! They are really friendly too, at least most of them. My mom goes there to get her nails done often, and she is always happy. Clean and smells really nice!"

"They do Amazing work! My girl took her time but was quick. My cousin loved her pedi. Both techs were Very attentive and listen to what you want rather than tell you what to get. The prices are Great. This is my new favorite Nail Salon."
