"I visit this location multiple times a month due to proximity and location. Every single time I come to rent a tool it takes me longer than an hour just to check out. The rental associates are absolutely clueless in regards to how the tools work or how to fix them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If you aren't savvy and don't know how to do their job for them you won't be successful. Management really needs to take the time and TRAIN their associate properly because customer service here, is non existent."

Instead of being annoyed or frustrated he was very polite and helped me get every item even though I would have been very annoyed with me. He went above and beyond. This was a couple weeks ago. "Horrible Pro-installation experience! Stadium Home Depot could not care less. I Purchased a special order exterior door with sidelights in June, it's now November 9th and I still don't have a door or an installation date scheduled. It wasn't all bad, the design process was wonderful, personal and professional. We received amazing service from Fred throughout the selection/ design of our door and sidelights. We ordered our backdoor from Westshore Door at the same time. A minor paint defect was noticed during installation and a second door was ordered and installed and we're still awaiting Home Depot's first. Sure we saved a little money on the front door but will we ever receive it? You get what you pay for... I'd definitely choose differently."

He gave me the confidence to do the job correctly and helped me get each and every item needed for the job! I have successfully connected my first microwave to an outlet, all thanks to Larry at the Home Depot on Dale Mabry Highway, next to Nordstrom Rack. Home Depot is very lucky to have a friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated person in their organization. I will be shopping here more often because of great employees like Larry. Cheers."
