"Visited the William Sonoma store in the international mall Tampa Florida; the store was busy, employees were helpful & knowledgeable. While waiting in line to pay for my items, one of the employees saw me waiting - she walked over to the register, while another man walked up to another line. When she asked for the next in line I walked over placed my items down, she said “I’m told he’s next”. Wouldn’t it have been easier to let the man know “sir, I’ll be with you in a moment- sorry for the wait” why bring embarrassment or disagreement among paying customers? (I mean the sales lady doesn’t know that I traveled over an hour to look at dishes and expresso machines!) Customer service training is lacking in most stores but it should be a priority when making a purchase that could have been ordered online- whether it’s an $1,000. Expresso machine Or a $7.00 jelly jar! Customer service, good manners, a smile and curtesy should be expected."

"If you love kitchen gadgets, dishes, and glassware William Sonoma is the place to go. They have all the high-end luxury equipment and beautiful tablescape items you could need. You can also buy gourmet food staples. Yes, it can be expensive, but the items are worth the price. Sometimes I go just to look at all the beautiful things, and sometimes I go in search of something specific. You can shop online at Williams-Sonoma, but being able to look at the things in person can be very helpful."

"Ordered this knife online and they sent me a used knife . When i opened the package it was not in original packaging but in a cardboard sleeve. Someone took a scotch bright pad to it and completely marred the surface ,you can barely read the maker mark on the blade as well it had chipping on the blade and staining . Unbelievable That they could ship this out knowing the condition and that the knife was heavily used. This was priced @ 100.00 as a new knife. I immediately called them and no one answered the phone after 15 minutes. I emailed them 4 days ago and have had no response. Will be getting a hold of my credit card company to file fraudulent claim. Bad business and fraudulent. Updated ! I was contacted by the service dept by phone and issued a immediate refund and an apology. Apology accepted Thanks Robert"
