"If I could give a ZERO to this company I would. First, I didn't pick them for the job. It was LOWE'S who sub-contracted them as a vendor. I ordered my counters in early JULY and they were delayed until OCTOBER. Laminate counters; i.e. nothing complex. I was quoted 3-4 weeks and it turned into 3 MONTHS! I was told I would be called the week before install. NO CALL. I had to reach out to them. They then informed me of the laundry list of tasks I needed to complete, including to ensure I had a plumber. They don't do that part. Another dropped ball by Lowe's. Thankfully, I was able to get my plumber to make it work. Oh, and they scratched my brand new fridge in the process. First they denied they did it and then they did somehow manage to buff it out, thankfully. I know we're living in a post-Covid world but even this poor service is beyond my comprehension. RUN AWAY from them. If you're getting your counters scheduled through LOWE'S - ASK - who is going to do the work. If it's RUHL, choose a different option. UPDATE: Just found out the OWNER - Craig - was here this morning. NEVER disclosed he was the owner and I just finished a call where he continued to deny the fact that I had communications with his service agent named AMY who provided me numerous responses via email. He kept referring me back to LOWE'S. NO OWNERSHIP of HIS company's behavior and poor service."

"I had laminated countertops installed, purchased through Home Depot, and they did a great job. A two man crew, Chris and another fella (Sorry). They were very professional, courteous, and personable. They were in and out of my house in about an hour and the job was complete: Secure, plumb, and level. They made a few light hearted jokes along the way, and they made the experience as positive as one could possibly expect. I would absolutely recommend this crew to anyone without hesitation.
