"Garrett was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable to the in and outs of the entire grill system. Highly recommend him for your purchase. Revised: Buying process was great. Once they get your money could care less about quality. Paid 16k and would have been better off going to Home Depot to get a grill. Grill takes over 25 minutes to get up to 500 degrees. Paradise gave “suggestions” on how we could fix ourselves. Only other option is to pay to have them come out and look at it! Really?!?? Go ANYWHERE else. Garrett won’t answer calls now, imagine that. Update: Grill 6 months old-One light on the grill has stopped working and the refrigerator is having issues."

"Purchased outdoor kitchen July 2022. Absolutely hands down the nicest furniture on the lanai. Wine fridge started acting up AFTER warranty expired, September 2023. Called Customer service and was told they can't fix their own appliances, they don't carry parts and was told that I could buy another one...$2300.00 later. Service Tech told us that they couldn't fix it as well. So, I know out of warranty it would cost me, but now I have a bum fridge that cannot be serviced or order parts for...I find ridiculous. I don't think this fridge is designed to be outside as rust is beginning to develop. To Paradise, service what you sell or don't sell it at all! 15 months later @ $20,000, fridge has issue with no resolve. SHAME!"
