The first person, a young girl was too cool to talk, the second person, an older guy said he'd call someone, but 15 minutes passed with no assistance. Finally tracked down the young kid on plumbing; he seemed annoyed and reluctantly shared basic info, handing me a brochure about hot water heaters. Eventually gave up and left."
