"Poor customer service. Clerk did not even look up from his phone. When asked a question About color his answer was I don’t know., and turned his attention to a television. This would be a good place for a paint store with some customer service! We are long time supporters of Sherwin Williams. So sad. By the way this is the first time I ever have given a review. I’m not just being a grumpy customer! I promise."

"I had the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time, here with Von. I don’t know much about paint at all, but he was super helpful finding the color I was looking for to touch up my walls and baseboards. Without exaggerating, it felt like I was talking to a friend that was helping me out."

"This is one of the worst stores I’ve been! Unorganized, dirty, don’t even go to the restrooms… the floor covered with dirt/dust creating an unsafe environment! You can have the “best customer service”, but if you don’t take care of your store you simply don’t care about customer… believe me… my first and last time! I prefer to driver further to Wesley Chapel or Tampa!"

"Went in last Saturday 4/22/23 to get 1 gallon of eggshell interior, asked for a discount because the company I work for automatically gets discounts from various trades and merchandise. Was told they don't recognize this companies discounts (6 months ago I got a gallon of paint and the discount). When I got my paint it was 'satin' sheen, I pointed out it was satin and I asked for eggshell, the paint rep which I highly recommend to be sent back to school and learn about all paints and how to conduct himself to customers (he is very rude) told me they're both the same sheen...... well let me as a 35yr painter with every type of paint that's been made, worked in 3 different countries, and for some of the most elite people....eggshell and satin sheen is not the same!!!! I will be taking my business to other paint manufacturers and I highly recommend SW have a very serious conversation with their paint reps on customer service and how they should treat their customers."

"On 2 separate occasions I have called in about 2 different situations and I was told I would get a call back; no call back was given. It seems this store has gone downhill dramatically since Amanda left the store. I would not recommend this store if you were in need of help with Sherwin Williams products. Call Wesley Chapel or St. Pete Store or go elsewhere."
