"Update: Finally contacted Tampa PD and a detective made a few calls and what do you know, I finally got my money back (only took a year). Thanks to Hillsborough County Consumer Protection and the Tampa PD. Original: Ordered cabinets in March 2022 and haven’t recieved anything yet. Called numerous times to be told either “it just shipped or next month” when you press the issue they tell you to speak with Kurt who never returns your call and is never there when you go there in person. We had to demand the name of the cabinet maker to verify the shipping date. The cabinet maker was very difficult to get a hold of and when we finally got thru we were informed that Bay City cancelled the order in June yet they strung me along thru Dec that my order was late from the mfg. Went and filed a complaint with the Fl. Attorney General’s Office and the Hillsborough County Consumer Protection Services. The county has already opened an investigation for this business. If you haven’t received any satisfaction then file a complaint."

"Wish I had reviewed the comments before dealing with this company. One of my cabinets door was damaged. Been waiting 14 months with weekly and monthly contacts all with empty promises. I recently contacted the manufacturer only to find out bay city can’t get just the door as they have been promising all this time. Since they dropped the ball during the first 30 days, the manufacturer won’t replace it. So only resolution now is for them to get a whole new pantry which obviously they don’t want to do. Absolutely no customer service after the sale with this company. Surprised they are even in business. I’m sure Kurt’s parents must be disappointed with how he has damaged this company. Think twice before dealing with this company. It’s worth the extra money elsewhere to avoid all the problems."

"I've been waiting for my cabinets for over a year. They were supposed to be delivered in Early March 2022. After nearly a year of getting the run around on the phone, I went there in person in February 2023. Got an apology, a small discount from the balance due on delivery,, and a promise that I would have my cabinets in about 2 weeks. Well it's been 4 weeks now and not only do I not have my cabinets, after 3 failed promises on delivery dates now they aren't answering my calls."

"Do NOT use this company!!!!!! So so so beyond frustrated with this place. Extremely hard to get information about order. Those who answer the phone seem incredibly annoyed to answer your questions. When our cabinets came in, one was the wrong size. We called to let them know, they said the would come pick it up to fix it, and came a week later. We were told it would be fixed, finished delivered back on Monday. Monday came and went. Then we assumed they must have meant the next Monday. That Monday came and went. Called multiple times to confirm delivery on Tuesday. They confirmed it would be delivered. It was never delivered, and no communication letting us know. By the time we get it, it will have held us up for almost 3 weeks for their mistake! We have no kitchen right now! We will be lucky if we can get the countertops in by Christmas at this rate! And the thing is, they do not care. They just don’t care at all. We ordered the cabinets in October. We have been without a kitchen since then. Insanity."
