"I've been trying to order a cake for a week everytime I called no one picks up. The website doesn't work to order online. Yesterday my friend finally got through the lady said to call back in 10 minutes called back no due to website not working I've been calling all day no answer. Either it will ring forever or it will sound busy. Not good for buissness hire a receptionist or something if your website is not working properly. Your loosing customers."

"Order 10 bags of 5 lbs presto they cancel 5 and 5 came all open. The owner did return the shipment and only 5 bags. She agree to send 5 lbs bags of presto which she still charge for them and send to her expense since the poor shipment and is now may I’m still awaiting on her. I did send her pictures. But she reply that she never received them so I send them several times and nothing yet. I will never do business with her. Her shipping is not updated and when I did my order of ten they were available for 80 something for shipping. So it was send not adequately just thrown in a box and all came damage open flour every where. She agreed to send me 5 and she will cover shipping but not only she took my 50.00 she never did come threw awful customer service."
