"I have no idea what is going on but this place has totally gone down hill and It was horriable and then I went back and some lady named Bebe did my nails and her hands were so shakey and my toe nails came out so so bad. She literally rubbed my legs for not even one min (and I’m being serious when I say one min each) and it was probable 30 seconds really and then she puts my shoe on and still is working on my nails and then takes a file and slides it under my toes to hold my toes up and then with her very very shakey hands she starts to paint my toes and they came out like a 5 yr old painted them. So the lady that waxes my eye brows she use to be good but I think honestly she has been doing this way to long and she has lost her gift to do this and she is so rough when she does the wax. It shouldn’t leave red bumps on my face and that’s because she was so hard and rough doing the wax. After coming here for so long I need to find a place elsewhere. They have lost me for a client and to add I would tip the lady 20$ for toes and 25 for eyes brow wax but this last time they both got 7! I will take my money where it’s appreciated. Sorry but not sorry."

"I visit Le's almost monthly to get an eyebrow wax. I keep coming back because I'm always satisfied with the professional, courteous and fast service. I know it will be done perfectly for my face, and you cannot beat $10. I tip on top of that each time and they've won me over as a loyal customer."

"I been going to this salon for years. I usually request Tina or Cathy and am normally very happy. The last time I visited, I really did not appreciate the costumer service I received. My number one pet peeve going into a nail salon is me showing my tech the color I want and they expect me to go find it and not offer to help at all. It’s a part of THE JOB, it’s laziness and lack of customer service. A nail tech should be willing to go look and find the closest color to the one I want or look and say that they don’t have the color. Mai and some other lady working that day were very rude and dismissive of me. My visit to the nail salon is meant to be a peaceful, relaxed one, I didn’t feel that way this last time, My toe polish chipped the same week and I got gel. Just off of that experience I’m not sure I want to come back and IF I DO return as a costumer, I will only be requesting TINA she’s the best."

"Worst nail salon ever! They used dirty not sanitized tools on their guests and tore my skin up on my toes. My cuticles are burning! Not only that they’re ALL extremely rude and unprofessional. My nail tech threw her gloves down when she realized I had gel on my toes and she would have to work a little harder to get the polish off. Massive waste of money and I will never return. I suggest going somewhere else unless you like being abused and charged for it."
