"One of their employees was very helpful but the other was not at all. I asked what ash color was on the opposite side of the color wheel and what semi permanent hair dye they had and before the girl could help me the older women interrupted and pretty much told me they do not have semi permanent color unless I want to dye my hair some bright color and was very short with me. I get it it was 15 minutes before they close but I came in for something simple and ended up not even buying the developed because the lady was so rude I didn’t want anything from the store at all. I would give her zero stars if I could, very unprofessional. If you hate the customers at your job that much clock out."

"I came in tonight with my daughter who was looking for hair dye. I am a single dad so I had alot questions since I will be doing the work on the kiddos hair. We spoke with Stephanie and she was awesome. She took the time to explain how everything works and even helped us pick out the right color. We left feeling confident that we would be able to achieve what my daughter was looking for. Thank you for taking time and having patience with us. Stephanie is Definitely one in a million."

"Upon entering the store Hannah was cleaning the baskets which indicates awareness and cleanliness. The store appeared neat and well stocked though it didn't have what I needed attempt was offered by Hannah to see if the item is available at any neighboring stores. This showed excellent customer service and resolution skills."

"So I decided to do something completely out of my comfort zone and bleach my dark hair. I went in to this location and Julie helped me pick out all the products I need and she was amazing! However the toner didn't work considering my hair had a bunch of red untertones, so I brought back the used toner and received a complete refund and was directed to a different toner and it worked perfectly! The lady who helped me, I think her name was Mandy? She was originally from a Palm harbor store, she was amazing she told me if what she recommended didn't work come back and we will figure it out, she genuinely cared about my results and even told me her schedule and told me to update her. I have never received such good, genuine customer service. I am very pleased and will be back!"
