"Two employees (one by FaceTime) and a random customer saved my hair this morning. I wish I had gotten all of their names to properly thank them. I went to a salon yesterday for a balayage and left with hair that looked like it had been bleached and grown out for a few months. It looked absolutely horrific, and i was at a loss as to what to do. The three ladies this morning told me exactly what I needed in order to fix the botched job, and let me tell you, they are nothing short of life savers. My hair is all one color again, and although not 100% my natural shade, it is close enough. I think it will grow out just fine. I cannot thank them all enough!!"

"I bought 4 dyes that needed a copper color, I applied 2 dyes the first time and the dye did not color my entire hair, I reapplied the other 2 remaining dyes and my hair stayed exactly the same, parts of my hair were not painted, I have been painting my hair for 3 years and it is the first time this has happened to me, the girl made me buy 4 dyes because they were on sale and told me that 2 dyes would not be enough, since I did not see that the girl solved it for me, I called My uncle knows about these things and he told me that she didn't sell me the correct dye, she sold me a toner and I had to mix it with another product, not apply it as a dye because it's not. my hair was completely ugly and with different colors, I went and she told me that she could help me but I thought she was going to help me by giving me the solution for changing the color or because of the mistake she made, because she only told me that I had to do the buy another dye"

"Was just stopping in at this store on our way home to get a few things. This store was amazing compared to our Sally’s close to home. The staff was on point helping me find all the items on my list. They were so helpful. April the manager was the sweetest ever, will def be back if I’m near this store again. What an amazing quick shopping pleasure!"

"Not happy. Bought the wrong color dye for my mom in January. I don't come to see her often enough to exchange it. Last time I went I bought the right color and told the clerk I had the wrong one from before. She told me to bring it and they would exchange it for me. I went today and the manager told me it was over 60 days. I just wanted an exchange. Now this is garbage for me. We own a business and always try to work with the customer."
