State of the art equipment, my tech Nicole is a nurse that was very knowledgeable, kind and did an amazing job on me. My results were immediate though some wil also be in a few weeks. "I’ve finished 3/4 of my skin pen microneedling session with Stem cell, done by Hilda and I’ve seen substantial improvement in my acne scars. The stem cell has been great with helping with recovery. Hilda was also very knowledgeable, and has helped suggest treatments that suit my budget and my concerns, and does not try to push on more pricey procedures or products. Hilda and the staff are also friendly and transparent about the procedure and the results/what I could expect (since acne scars are difficult to get rid of). I would definitely recommend LBVA to my friends/family. (As a bonus, I also was able to win some expensive goodies on their Halloween raffle, and they also always have sales going on)"

"Nickie was awesome! This was my first appointment with her and I was impressed! She does a thorough exam, explains what she thinks would be best, goes over the different options of products, and discusses prices. All in a professional and kind manner. She genuinely seems to like what she’s doing and is interested in giving her patients the best possible outcome. And it didn’t hurt at all! She has a very gentle hand with the injections. I highly recommend her!!"

"Unfortunately. I am not a fan. Staff was unorganized, and couldn't find my information at first and then I got charged a no-show fee for an appointment that I did make it to. Update: While my overall experience wasn't quite a five-star, I still want to highlight the positives: Prompt and efficient resolution: I appreciate the speed and ease of resolving the no-show fee issue this time around. It demonstrates a dedication to fair and efficient customer service. While the customer service could have been friendlier and the Botox results weren't as long-lasting as I've experienced elsewhere, I believe there's potential for improvement. Based on the prompt refund and positive aspects, I'm changing this experience to a 3-star with the hope that my feedback can help elevate the experience for future clients."
