"Had my gel nails done here on January 2. The next day my gel nails were chipped and lumpy. The technician didn't cure them correctly. I called and complained so the manager got me in January 4 and redid my nails. She did a great job!"
"I will not be returning the picture speaks for itself. The woman was super nice, but she did a horrible job on my nails and at that took forever. Started at 4:40- finished at 6:15 pm. Mind you I only went for a fill with gel polish no design no shape change no cuticle removal etc. I wouldn’t have been upset or complain on how long she took if my nails actually looked good but clearly as you can see they were horrible. Also I feel I was charged way too much. I went in for a fill and one nail repair and I came out paying $50 total that’s not including tip, I always tip no matter what. Even if I have to go home and fix them myself as I did this day smh. So hard to find a good tech these days. It’s so hard to find a good tech these days with reasonable pricing."
