Mary, are you not getting these wholesale from the seller? Blatantly up charging for a synthetic unit and claimed it was human hair blend. Gave me 5 dollars back (not even the amount of tax) absolutely criminal to do this. One girl was very kind in trying to help me but lord have mercy… there’s a reason people buy these online instead of YOUR store."

"Trying to contact the store about an item purchased that is not working properly. I was left on hold and I can hear the man that replied taking to other customers but won't reply to me. Electric nail file won't hold burs in place and I need it replaced. I live in Lakeland and would like to assure that I will be assisted before going all the way to Kissimmee again. "after today's visit I'm going to give them one star because I left very disappointed after I always gave them five stars this morning I had a hair emergency I wanted to change it and I need it by for the extensions and the woman was very rude she was staring at me and she said that I needed to know how much money I had so she can tell me what to give me but I was asking question if she was drinking coffee and rolling her eyes on me I did have money on me and she was super rude so instead of wasting my money there because of the service I left somewhere else and I spend more money but the tree man was better than here she was super rude I don't recommend nobody to come. so I was asking question about what extension should suggest and she rolled her eyes on me and I was looking like Barry lost and she was just staring and I felt so bad I didn't want to spend my money there even though I did had a lot but I really wanted some help and I didn't get it."
