"Beware New group in pharmacy... the new manufacturers blood pressure medicine doesn't work...Took 3 in 10 hours and dia still over 100. Pharmacist says they will not take them back but they will transfer the refills to another pharmacy... gee thanks So you sell trash and it's ok... Good job Publix..."
"Had to write a review, even though I rarely do, to recognize great customer service. The head pharmacist there you can tell cares about the patients and helped my family member save money on a vaccine. Keep up the good work!"
"Made an appointment for my daughter to get her Covid Vax. The appointment was for 12:45. I get that appointments run late, but an hr late?!?!? And the reason they were running so behind was because of walk ups (that is what the lady told me anyway). What is the point of making an appointment if you are just going to be taking walk ups and pushing appointment times back. So messed up. Not looking forward to waiting for her second shot. Hopefully you all get it together by then."
"Only filled 1 out of 2 of my prescriptions from my ER visit. They told me they were going to call me back the ff day. Had to call them instead. I got another promised. 2 weeks passed and they finally called me that my Insurance wouldn't cover it. Was never offered to buy it at my expense from day1. That is very poor service!"
"I used to like this pharmacy, but lately, there's a young black male clerk who is so unprofessional I've started going to another pharmacy. Unlike the other clerks, he never wears a name tag and he makes inappropriate comments, particularly to women, which I've witnessed myself while waiting in line. One day, he yelled out something to the pharmacist, misquoting the customer and embarrassing her. She told him off and as she was walking away, he mumbled something in which he called her an unbecoming name. She may not have heard it, but people in line heard what he said. It also takes him much longer to serve customers. I dropped off a prescription one day that I'd had filled there numerous times and the other clerk handled three customers while he was attempting to deal with a single prescription drop-off. He has a bad attitude and shouldn't be in a position in which he has to deal with the public. I don't trust him."
