"This FRANCHISE refused to honor the online purchase price for my order. GNC's website let me select this place for an online pick-up, so I paid and placed my order, and when I arrived my order was canceled "due to lack of inventory", yet everything I wanted was right there at the front. When I stepped to the counter to speak with the staff (who i later learned was the manager) he made me wait while he engaged in a long conversation with two men that had nothing to do with the products or gnc related subjects. Then he stopped his conversation only to begin another with the mailman, and completely ignored me standing directly infront of the register. I had to call out for his attention. WhenI explained my order and asked why I was canceled, he said it was for "low profit margin", I asked "what does that mean in relationship to my order?", and the jerk said "well, do you know what low profit margin means?", dragging his words out slowly like I was a mentally challenged person or a small child. The audacity was infuriating. If you cant honor the established sale price, then SAY that, dont lie about it when you cancel orders, give trash service, and then talk down to your customers when they have questions later. Do not show here. I will NEVER come back."
