"I have browsed Lush in the Avenues Mall before but never purchased anything until today. I was looking to spend a gift card I was given. Figured I'll use it for a few gifts. When I entered the store I was greeted and offered help if I needed. I told the associate my intentions and he assisted me with finding the perfect items. Told me how some of their products worked and even told me how he didn't suggest an item I was holding because of my niece's age group. I wish I got his name but I would have had to write down the name of every staff member on duty because that's how many people who shared a smile, offered to assist, offered a basket to hold my things, and rang me up. I was so pleased that I walked back in to tell a manager. Im sure they hear all of the unpleasant things so I had to return the favor by telling them how great it was to shop there. Glad my daughter showed interest in their products so I'll have more than one reason to shop there."
