"Beyond pathetic, 4 hours and counting, I've been at the dock!!!!! I can feel them come on to the truck once about every half hour grab a pallet and then I swear to God they go deliver it to the store that it goes to and then come back!! Absolutely unbelievable. I do not recommend this stop to anybody, refuse this load if you are able to!!!!! They clearly have no respect whatsoever for any trailer that doesn't say Publix on it! I've watched about 10 of them get unloaded. Unfortunately they stop unloading mine every time one shows up!"

"Great experience for receiver. Was greeted by a nice polite white gentlemen at guard shack, after parking where instructed, I was immediately given a dock, unloaded an hour before scheduled time. Hope to deliver here in the future!"

"The company is good! Arrived early! There's an overnight parking lot!!! Checked in 3 hours before the appt. They gave me the door right away and unloaded it quickly. But 2 stars I put because in the office works disgusting employee. They should be fired immediately! This is the only one you have contact with except for the security booth and the experience should be great! But here it's the opposite!!!"

"Arrived at 0730 for a 1000 appointment. Check in with guard shack, turn right then 1st left to check in with office. Got a door immediately, now we'll see how long be4 they unload us. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks. Staff nice and helpful! Overnight parking is available after 2000 hours, with indoor restrooms. Receiving opens at 0400. Inloaded in 30 minutes! No lumper fee today on 5 pallets of mushrooms!!"
