"My experience at this location was exceptional. I have been to many European Wax Centers across the U.S and this location scored 100% across the board from front lobby to wax suite! I came in for brows, was greeted by Haley and Ximena, they both stood up to greet me! We made small talk. Both ladies were gracious, kind and made for great conversation. Haley was training Ximena, who stated how much she LOVES her job. Both ladies explained they love their manager and feel appreciated. They also mentioned they feel lucky their manager values them. My waxer was lovely and cleaned up my brows. She did not talk to me about product however, Haley did recommend wax passes, pre booking and gave me some sample body wash. This is my new favorite EWC! I feel like they genuinely wanted me to have a great experience."
