"This was my first experience at this location after having been a member and receiving services at the Jax Beach location. The Atlantic Blvd location is not as clean and inviting. The front staff act like they hate their jobs and are clearly there for their paycheck and nothing more. My masseur was 4 minutes late retrieving me from the lobby. She didn’t ask any questions other than where I wanted to focus. I had to offer information about recent injuries to her in an attempt to help understand where to stay away from. I asked for full body with hard pressure except no massage along my rib cage (7 broken ribs were disclosed to her before my session). She spent 40 minutes on my thoracic area to the point I was having trouble catching my breath and asked her to change her focus. She spent 5 minutes TOTAL on my arms and legs after I turned over on my back. She ended our session 7 minutes before the “end time”. I lost 11 minutes of my massage just because she cut my time. She was not friendly at all and there was no closure. She stated “okay our time is up. Take your time” and walked out of the room. I had amazing experiences in Jax Beach and wanted to treat myself for my birthday to this massage and it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve had getting a massage. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. I will definitely not return so do not bother to contact me or offer a fake apology unless you want to refund part of my money…. Bare minimum the 11 minutes your employee, Casey stole from me."

"Absolutely WORST!!!!!!!! I’ve been a member faithfully paying my dues each month without fail this location seems to always screw up my appointments normally I request the same massage therapist because she’s very experienced. If it’s not consuming my entire day due to having to reschedule they book me with someone who don’t perform the service I request for then goes on to say the person who booked the service was “fairly new” that’s not my issue I’m sure they’ve been trained the manager tells me yes they’ve been trained but a supervisor can’t stand behind the employees all the time!!!! Do you feel you need to?!? So another appointment that I actually need down the drain there goes my time that I had to schedule for wasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone pick another location."
