"I recently got my nails done from Modish. I normally get the dip powder so I went in to get a full set and not even two days after it starts peeling off so of course I went back in to get the two nails fixed that were peeling off, they fixed it right away at no cost with no problem. Not even two days after getting those two nails fixed another nail breaks. mind you this is after I get a full set by them not even a week after, they are coming off and I don’t have a manual labor job, so it’s not anything that I particularly did to make my nails do this. I’ve never had this issue happen before but it seems like every time I go to modish, something happens. So of course, I go back the next day to get the nail fixed that broke, but only thinking that others are going to come off once I get this one fixed.. so I went ahead and had them redo a whole new set with dip powder. (telling them that I did not want to have to pay for a new set or I would just go some place else) So they said, “OK no problem. We understand we will take care of it for you. No cost. This is not your fault” I said OK great so I agreed to let them redo my nails if they were going to do it at no cost. (I would obviously tip but that’s it) Finishing my nails, I go to the front and they tell me I owe $50.00 and they want me to pay for a whole new set of nails. I was a little confused at this time because I am now having to pay for a whole new set when they told me I wouldn’t have to, seemed a little messed up. The girl felt so bad she offered me a $20.00 discount off for the next visit. She said this was all that she could to help me and that she couldn’t discount my current treatment so this is all she can do for next time. She basically told me I had no other option but to just take the $20.00 discount off for next time but no discount for this time. which I told her that I probably will not be coming back so how would this discount benefit me? she said this is all she can do and she ask for me to give her another chance knowing what she did to me as a customer, was wrong. I’ve gotten dip powder on my nails for over five years so this wasn’t anything new for me I’ve just never experienced them peeling off like that bad before. I think it’s not real professional with how they handle their business. That’s just my personal experience nothing personal towards anyone at the nail salon but as a customer if I got my nails done from you and not even a week later I’ve come back twice to get my nails fixed, I should not have to pay for that. So just a fair warning if you are looking for a good nail salon to go to and to not get screwed over or have your nails randomly peel off, I wouldn’t take a chance to go here. There and many other great options save yourself time and money."

"My first time coming to this nail salon as a walk-in, well, I called when I was like three minutes away. I had an amazing experience. The salon is super clean. It was so easy for them to see my inspo pic and get my nails done exactly the way in the photo without All the convincing to try and do it a different way like other places do. This will be my new go to place."

"Obviously not happy. I am SO not confrontational so no, I did not complain while I was there because I do not want anyones feelings hurt!! It was almost like it was her first time doing a gel manicure... I also asked for SNS dip to be filled on 2 fingers (nail broke) and they did acrylic!! Even after me mentioning again that its supposed to be SNS dip. The whole thing was weird. I get my nails done every 2 weeks so I know what expectations are normal and what isn't. To the owner: DO NOT let techs do your clients nails if they do not know what they are doing. I was shocked when I left.... had to go somewhere else to fix it."
