"BEWARE!!! DO NOT GET TREATMENT!!!! I do not write reviews but wanted to maybe help someone else. I came here because of the good reviews, at my first visit I thought very highly of Susan, she was patient and kind. The botox I got had to be redone 2 weeks later and still wasn't effective. I also got filler and after 4 months it seemed to shift and started to cause redness to my eye (it blocked my lymph system). She removed everything, I was in tears (disappointed and embarrassed i had to see my family with massive bruises). Susan told me not to worry she would make it right. When I finally went back, she dismissed me from the practice and said she couldn't do anything further. She didn't try another product or give a refund (almost 2000)! I requested all of my records, I got my records but was told they couldn't give me the pictures until corporate allowed them to. It's been a year now, I have asked several times and no pictures of the "incident". I see a different provider and no issues. They stated with thin people you have to be careful with placement. I think Susan made a mistake and instead of doing the right thing she dismissed me. I'm now thinking about getting an attorney to get a copy of my incident pictures since they are apart of my records and maybe get my money back for "bad work" and empty promises!!!"
