"Loved this car wash. Especially the auto tire track. Great wash. Did not have time to use the vacuum area. First time here after being treated unprofessionally from Calibur.... I had a horrible two month battle with Calibur for unauthorized monthly charges and no apology or communication on their end to refund and cancel their subscription to taking more money from my cc. I only used the car wash from the first time and I had a 30 day window with add'l visits to see if I wanted to do the monthly plan. Stopped going before the 30 day window and then noticed another chg.. called and then another month another chg. I sent emails and phone calls. They would never address my complaint, just the average response. Sorry you were not happy. Your subscription will stop at the end of the 30 days from the last payment. Don't waste your time."

"I went to try out the new location and they had a deal $20 unlimited first month sounded great thought I would give it a go! I paid cash went through car wash not bad but no detail cleaning stuff included you have to purchase separately! Went back again before my month was up and it wouldn’t let me in so the lady at the window(Kayla) which is actually the manager, asked for my phone downloaded the app asked for my card to go on file so my vehicle could go through didn’t think anything of it! Fast forward it’s January I see a charge from Tommy’s car wash on my statement from Dec and January? So still I’m like ok mistakes happen I call up there and received a call this morning from Kayla saying they can only refund me for 1 charge even though the camera shows she had my phone and obviously made the mistake of signing me up!! She told me the owner would not give me both of the refunds even though they could see I haven’t used the service!! Unacceptable!!! I called corporate of course they refunded me my money!! I will never come back to this location!! Poor customer service for something the “manager “ actually did!! Taking customers money shame on you! Update!!!! Will never go back to Tommy’s! I only wanted the $20 unlimited 1 month you guys still owe me money for something I never used!! Poor customer service!!!"

"If you’re only getting your car washed this place will take care of you just fine. I wanted to compare this location to Ronny’s my usual go to car wash. The one downside is the lack of free detailing equipment, typically provided at other locations. They have a detail kit that’s inexpensive at $5. But why would you spend an extra 5 dollars on top of the cost of the wash. You could go else where pay the same or less and have everything you need to finish detailing your car including in the cost of the wash. All in all, it’s a good location. Perfect for those who have their own detailing equipment they like to use."

"Okay…So, we are still in the process of deciding to stay where we are or leave Ronny’s and go with Tommy’s. Decisions…Decisions. However, I will say this. Dealing with an actual person when rendering payment is so much nicer than dealing with a machine. With this being said, Reniery was extremely pleasant, polite, informative, and professional!!! This young man will go far in something involving professional speaking. Management: Kayla - l would suggest her leadership grab her and hold her down cause she is going to go places!!! GREAT Management presence and appearance! So very well spoken and driven toward the customer with sincerity! I truly enjoyed speaking with her. Overall - really nice experience. So…we have some decision making to do. Oh and by the way…don’t really grab and hold Kayla down. That would be illegal and people go to prison for doing illegal stuff. Don’t go to prison."
