"Made an appointment to get A/C drain serviced. Was charged $265 to clear the little drain. It started leaking inside the car two days later. Called the dealership and was told by service advisor that the little tube would need to be replaced and that they would give me a credit for the labor that did not fix the problem. Made an appointment to go back and told them I would have to wait for the car because I was driving almost two hours to get there. Was checking in and reminded them about the credit for labor and was told that they are now 5 days behind in service and I would have to leave the car. I told them again that I could not leave the car and had to drive so far to get there. The service advisor rudely said “what,do you think I would just bump all the other customers and take care of you” I told them I only wanted them to honor the reservation. Called their corporate office to complain and was told to give them another chance. This was their other chance to get the original service correct and they turned me away. They also refused to refund any of the cost of the substandard work. Stay away from this dealership at all cost."

"Do not take your car here for any kind of maintenance! 1- made an appointment that was supposed to only be a few hours and I was going to wait for it. Go to drop it off and I’m told it will be longer and it may be until the next day. 2- call the next day and I’m told they haven’t got to it. I am during this time having to get people to drive me around everywhere to work meetings and over an hour round trip to get me to and from work. After 3 days my car finally gets completed the work that was scheduled for only a few hours. 3- I was in a hurry to get back to work after finally getting my vehicle I didn’t get to walk around it. After work I noticed that my car was damaged and a part of my side skirt was pulled back with obvious fingerprints all over it to where they tried to put it back on but gave up. 4- I message the service member I work with and he tries to claim there was damage already. There was but not there and I explain this. He says he will have a service manager contact me. One never does after a month or more. 5- I message a sales member about this after they ask about trade ins. They then go MIA when I mention my concern. 6- I email the step one support service folks and nothing. 7- I am now out of the area and about to deploy for a year and they still will not address my concerns or even help remedy this so now I am SOL apparently. Thanks for destroying my car and dodging me! Avoid at all costs!"
