"Awesome! We had 5 car washes elsewhere that couldn't get some gunk off. We went to Wash N Go and a nice guy took a look at the gunk and checked to see if he could get it off with some solution and he did. He said they could clean it with the cheapest wash. He didn't try to upsell, it was great. I wish I would've gotten his name but he was tall, trim, has long sandy blonde hair and was wonderful! Thanks to him, we will get all of our car washes here!"

"Overall disappointed. I opted for the premium outside only with the wax and ceramic coating. The sides and wheels look great, but the top and hood are still dirty. What's the point of wax over dirt? There's a clear outline of dirt on the outside of where the windshield wipers are. It was also supposed to include a tire shine. basically just wasted $20, wish I had gone to Zips."
