"My tire was leaking, so I spent 45 minutes on a DIY plug patch, only to find it still leaked. I had been recommended RimTyme for the quick turn around and good price, so we put the tire in the backseat and headed over. Went in, told them the issue, and they immediately sent someone out. He hauled the tire into the shop for me and had it patched, refilled, and put back in less than 10 minutes. When we went in to pay, they told us not to worry about it, it was on the house. "The staff made many efforts to find the rims that I really wanted but unfortunately the manufacturer does not make them in the size I needed. The 2nd best choice was over my budget by $700, but I found rims that were in the shop, that I chose. Now I gotta figure out if it's possible to prevent the front wheels from rubbing the splash guards when making turns. Also, I was expecting to have to return in my van to pick up my old rims, but to my surprise they were able to wrap and carefully load the rims into my car! Very impressive and I greatly appreciate your team!"
