"The owner could use a more tactful approach to the customer. She ran after me,70 year old woman, assuming I didn’t pay when I left the cash with the manicurist. In addition, she asked 3 times who, what, where, when. Really? Why not look and ask before making a fool of herself? It’s not sanitary either. The nail files were filthy from someone else’s nails, put back in a drawer to be used over and over again. They took out the nail dryer so my nails were ruined once I got in the car. Look around before you go there unless you enjoy this treatment"
