"I made an appointment because my regular place was booked. I will say my manicurist was great — she was kind but was on her phone (on speaker) for some of our appointment. The only pro (aside from her being really nice) was that the appointment started immediately upon my arrival. Here are a few things to note: - Almost all of the artists only speak Spanish only the receptionist speaks both proficiently. - When I got there was a lot of confusion about what my name was and who was taking me for appointment even though they sent names of the artists when you book your appointment.. but apparently this can change. - The gel did not last (usually my gel lasts 2-3 weeks with minor chipping after the 1st week) 4 days later and my nail polish is lifting and getting caught in my hair. Maybe it was a bad day but I unfortunately won’t be going back."
