"Took my truck in to get 4 tire replacements providing my own tires. When I see the tech call his superior over and they're looking at my truck it took for me to go into the office to ask what was going on. Upon inspection they cross threaded my front wheel nut so now I must replace the front hub assembly and all lug nuts to fix the issue. They were going to let me leave without saying anything which is unprofessional and unethical. Then lied to my face and said it was like that. If that was the case why not show me when it was taken off? I was right there the whole time. To top it off no discount!! Most expensive tire change of life!!"

"I’ve gone to these people a few times first 2 times were fine I got used tires from them and they worked as they should. But the 3rd time they gave me a tire with a fat gooey plug sticking out. There prices aren’t the cheapest so for 60 bucks a tire I expect it to not have a plug in it or at least put a professional plug on the inside of the tire. I complained and they put a different tire on that rim but you could tell they were upset they had to re do the rim again. When I I took the car on the highway today the steering wheel was shaking like crazy they obviously did not balance the rim they had redone because I’ve never had a balance problem with them before. So not only am I out 130 for used tires but now I gotta spend an extra 20 somewhere else to get them balanced because they were pissy about not giving me a used tire with a messy bulging plug in it."

"Had a great experience with Tony and the techs. Called ahead asking about tires I bought on tire rack, they had a reasonable price to get these mounted and balanced. They also took very good care of my wheels. They knowledge that my wheels were aftermarket and handled them with care, hand torqued with a torque wrench and not an impact gun! I really appreciate the details will definitely comeback with my other cars!"
